However these coins do not have any indication of UAE, therefore they are consider to be of Dubai by some coin collectors. Such coins without UAE indications were produced from 1992 to 2001, in the memory of Dubai ruler: Rashid ibn Saeed Al Maktoum (ruling 1958-1990).
